124 Las Brisas is a single-storey bungalow, comprising two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a large lounge, dining area and kitchen. (Note: The villa doesn’t have wheelchair access, but there are villas on Las Brisas which are fully equipped for those with limited mobility).
The villa is very well equipped (see list below) and can sleep up to 4 people (Plus we have a cot for a single baby). Both bedrooms & the Lounge/Dining/Kitchen areas are fitted with Air-Conditioning, which can be booked as an option.
A large-screen satellite TV is fitted in the lounge, and both bedrooms have wall mounted TVs fitted.
The villa is fitted with Wi-Fi (fibre), and we offer up to 6 FREE Wi-Fi connections. Additional connections are available via reception, for a small fee.
Outside, the villa has a large south-facing terrace/garden (with a pergola for those who prefer to sit in the shade). It’s also equipped with four sun beds, patio table and 5 high-back chairs, together with a BBQ.

- Both the villa and resort have a full Touristic licence
